The App also offers simple grievance redressal for quick solutions, porter booking, and last-mile taxi service for complete travel assistance, searching for trains, planning journeys, and tracking progress—all in one place.
The customers can use the Railone App with the existing credentials for booking reserved and unreserved tickets through the IRCTC Next Gen application and UTS-on-Mobile.
